Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences announces a competition to receive Academician Ali Guliyev Prize for 2019 among young researchers. According to the conditions of the competition this prize will be awarded to a young researcher working at the Institute and achieving high scientific results. To this end each head of the laboratory of the Institute may nominate his employee’s candidacy who is distinguished by his scientific activities.
When selecting candidates, the main criteria will be the publication of an article in a prestigious foreign journal, a presentation at a international conference abroad, obtaining significant patents and citation of his scientific papers.
The Prize Expert Committee of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives will propose one of all candidates for discussion at the Institute’s Academic Council. Council members will discuss and approve the proposed candidate.
A diploma and a cash prize will be awarded to the selected candidate on Academician Ali Guliyev’s birthday (May 31).
Heads of laboratories may submit the relevant documents of the proposed candidate (autobiography, performance repots, the head’s presentation and scientific papers) to the Council of Young Scientists and Specialistsuntil May 15, 2019.
