A group of scientists of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences – academicians Akif Alizadeh, Ramiz Mammadov, Telman Aliyev, Nazim Mammadov, Vagif Farzaliyev, Vagif Abbasov, corresponding members Gurban Yetirmishli, Misir Mardanov, Oktay Gasimov, Ogtay Samedov and Bakhtiyar Mammadov were awarded “Baku State University 100th anniversary medal”. At the regular meeting of the Presidium of ANAS, the president of the Academy, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev gave the jubilee medal to the scientists.
