On May 29-30, 2022, at academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of Azerbaijan National Academy of Science there will be held a republican scientific conference on topic “Various organic substances and composite materials”, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of a prominent scientist in the field of organic chemistry, petrochemistry and oil refining, one of the founders of the chemistry of additives to lubricating oils, fuels and special fluids in the former USSR, Honored Scientist of the Republic, laureate of Azerbaijan and two-time winner of the State Prize of the USSR, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, professor, founder and first director of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives of ANAS, academician Ali Musa ogli Guliyev.
According to the institute, the scientific program of the conference provides for listening to plenary, oral and poster presentations on the sections “Additives to oils, fuels and special fluids, stabilizers of polymeric materials”, “Composite materials”, “Reagents used in oil and gas production and processing”, “Environmental aspects of synthesis and application of additives, reagents and composite materials”, “Fine organic synthesis and bioorganic chemistry” and “Computer chemistry”.
Papers are accepted until April 1, 2022. The official languages of the conference are Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
The form of the conference will be determined taking into account quarantine conditions in the country due to the ongoing pandemic.
