Bibliography of academician Vagif Majid oglu Farzaliyev, director of academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry  of Additives of Azerbaijan  National Academy of Sciences has been published. The bibliographic index of scientific works of the outstanding scientist in the field of petrochemistry and organic chemistry V.Farzaliyev covers the period from 1962 to 2019, when he began his scientific activities, including higher education. The bibliography includes books, articles, abstracts published in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and other languages, as well as author certificates of the USSR, Azerbaijani patents and won grant projects.

As noted in the bibliography, academician Vagif Farzaliyev, one of the prominent Azerbaijani scientists in the field of chemistry and technology of additives and the study of their mechanism of action, has gained great reputation in the world of science. He properly  represented Azerbaijani science by delivering scientific reports at international congresses, symposiums and conferences.

The bibliography of the academician consists of the main dates of his life, a brief essay on scientific, pedagogical, organizational and social activities.

The bibliographic index contains the most important results of the research work carried out by academician Vagif Farzaliyev with his employees in the field of synthesis, research and application of highly effective additives to lubricating oils, fuels, cutting fluids and other special fluids; development of the scientific basis for the targeted synthesis of highly effective additives with a given structure; studying other theoretical issues of chemistry of additives and the mechanism of action of additives in order to create lubricant and fuel compositions, as well as information on  supervision of graduate students, dissertators and doctoral students and his scientific activities.
