The Fifteenth German Peptide Symposium was organized by the University of Marburg, the international chemical societies EurJOC and ChemBioChem in Germany. At the online conference on the Zoom platform, scientists from leading research centers from about 20 countries made presentations on the synthesis of peptides, the study of their nanostructures by modern physicochemical methods and on other modern and topical issues. Taking part in the event, Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives of ANAS, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Afsun Sujayev made a presentation on the topic “Synthesis, chemical modification, molecular docking, computer research and determination of areas of application of biologically active substances more effective against pathological conditions “. It should be noted that these studies were carried out within the framework of the project – the winner of the main grant competition for research projects of the Science Development Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (EIF-ETL-2020-2 (36)).
