The scientific examination of 62 projects submitted and successfully passed the initial examination within the framework of the 4th project competition announced by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) has been completed.
It should be noted that each project was sent to 2 independent reviewers of ANAS and TUBITAK and assessed by a total of 4 independent experts.
Based on the results of the examination, 4 projects were selected as winners with high results. One of them is project called “Nanoenhanced bioremediation of oil spills in seawater and soil using magnetic core/shell nanoparticles saturated with microorganisms”, presented by Academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives and coordinated by Professor Parvin Mammadova.
