A seminar on the topic “Stages of nanotechnology development” was held at Academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In his opening remarks, the executive director of the institute, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Afsun Sujayev noted that training young scientists and specialists on these topics is a decisive factor in increasing their interest in science.
Then, Samir Jafarov, a junior researcher at the Institute’s “Lubricating and Cooling Compositions” laboratory, gave an extensive report on the topic. He gave information about nanotechnology, its history, conceptual origins, development stages and experimental studies.
