The head of the laboratory “Lubricant compositions” of Academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Hagigat Ali Ashraf gizi Javadova turned 85 years old. In connection with the anniversary, a large meeting of the Academic Council was held at the institute.
The director of the institute, Academician Vagif Farzaliyev, who opened the event with an opening speech, spoke about the main direction of scientific research of Professor Hagigat Javadova – the study of organic compounds as additives to lubricants and the scientific activities carried out by her in the field of developing new lubricating compositions based on them, about the organization of the creation and production of a number of special-purpose lubricants by the Institute of Chemistry of Additives with her co-authorship, about being awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2024, while he noted the successful activities in the field of training highly qualified scientific personnel and in the public life of the institute. He congratulated her on behalf of all the employees of the institute and wished her long life, good health and success in her scientific work.
The scientific secretary of the institute, chief researcher M.Safarova made a report on the successful life of Hagigat khanum.
The chairman of the Free Trade Union Organization of the institute, Associate Professor Elkhan Isakov presented the Honorary Decree of the FTU to the hero of the day and expressed good wishes.
