Today, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of Academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Azerbaijan Republic was held.
The director general of the institute, academician Vagif Farzaliyev, previously reported that a list of subordinate institutions that are not included in the number and structure of employees of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was recently approved: “As one of the Agency’s scientific institutions, the Institute of Chemistry of Additives , we need to work more to improve quantitative and qualitative indicators.”
He noted that control measures over attendance at work at the institute will be strengthened, and stated the need to provide employees with appropriate work in accordance with the daily activity plan.
V. Farzaliyev informed the heads of the laboratory and relevant departments that the attendance of employees and the work carried out in the laboratories will be monitored. At the same time, he said that priority goals have been identified to expand the activities of scientists, especially young scientists and specialists, to prepare dissertations for the degree of philosophy and doctor of science, as well as to develop their international relations for their integration into world science, and for this, starting from next month, separate meetings will be organized with each laboratory team and discussions will be held on the direction of activity of these laboratories.
The situation with the preparation of annual reports was discussed at the meeting. Discussions took place on the agenda and proposals were voiced.
