On September 29, 2023, the leading researcher of the “Lubricating Compositions” Laboratory of Academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan defended her completed thesis for the degree of Doctor of Chemical Sciences.
Yu.Ramazanova, a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, successfully defended her doctoral thesis on the topic “Creation of high-quality motor oils based on Baku and modern base oils for diesel engines of various uses” at academician Yu.Mamedaliyev Institute of Petroleum Chemical Processes.
Scientific advisers of th contender were the director general academician Vagif Farzaliyev and professor Hagigat Javadova.
Yu.Ramazanova spoke about the important fundamental and applied scientific developments obtained on this topic.
According to the information, Yu. Ramazanova created a system of regeneration of used motor oil and conducted scientific research in the field of creating various lubricating compositions based on regenerated petroleum products.
80 scientific works were published, including 23 articles, 38 conference materials, abstracts of reports, and 19 patents were obtained. The dissertation work was carried out in the laboratory “Lubricating compositions” of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives.
