According to “The Plan for admission to higher educational institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023 for the preparation of doctoral students and dissertators”, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 261с оf dated March 10, 2023 announced admission doctorate and dissertate for the preparation of PhD and doctor of science.
Acceptance of documents to doctorate for the preparation of PhD and doctor of science will be carried out electronically through the “Centralized Education Information System” (CEIS). Those wishing to apply for doctoral studies should go to the portal edu.az of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, select the service “Registration of students in higher and secondary educational institutions” and register in accordance with the instructions. Sending applications through Portal.edu.az will begin on April 12 this year, and the acceptance of documents will end on May 16.
