In 2022, 3 persons were admitted to the doctorate, and 1 person to the dissertate of the institute for the preparation of a doctor of philosophy.
In the reporting year, 15 doctoral students and dissertators of various specialties conducted scientific research on their dissertations.

In 2022 nobody applied for planned places on the preparation of a doctor of philosophy and science.

In 2019, 3 persons were admitted to the doctorate and the dissertate of the Institute: doctorate – 2 persons (for doctoral degree –1 person, for PhD -1 person), dissertate – 1 person.
During the reporting period, 17 doctoral students and dissertators in various specialties conducted research on the topics of their theses. 2 PhD students have full-time training in the doctorate of the Institute:

By Decision #13/2 of the Presidium of ANAS of October 19, 2016 in the 2019/2020 academic year, it is planned to receive 3 persons to the Magistrate of the Institute on «Organic Chemistry».

In 2018, 3 persons were admitted to the doctorate and the dissertate to get Ph.D of the Institute (according to the admission plan for 2017): doctorate – 1 person, dissertate – 2 persons.
During the reporting period, 17 doctoral students and dissertators in various specialties conducted research on the topics of their theses. 3 PhD students study in the doctorate of the Institute, 2 of them have full-time and 1 part-time training:

The creation of the Magistrate in the Academy by the Decision #15/3 of the Presidium of ANAS of October 15, 2014 has caused the integration of science with education, attracting young people to science and high development of scientific personnel potential at the Institute.
In the 2018/2019 academic year Majdi Nargis and Aliyeva Lala Namid gizi were admitted into the Magistrate on a specialty of «Organic Chemistry» with a high score.
By Decision #13/2 of the Presidium of ANAS of October 19, 2016 in the 2016/2017 academic year, it is planned to receive 3 persons to the Magistrate of the Institute on «Organic Chemistry».

In accordance with the Decision No 8/17 of May 25, 2016, of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences the Education Department was established at the Institute.
In 2016, 6 persons were admitted to the doctorate and dissertate of the Institute (according to the admission plan for 2015):
doctorate – 3 persons (the Doctor of Science degree -1 person, Ph.D degree – 2 persons), dissertate – 3 persons (the Doctor of Science degree-1 person, Ph.D degree – 2 persons).
During the reporting period, 30 doctoral students and dissertators in various specialties conducted research on the topics of their theses. 11 PhD students study in the doctorate of the Institute, 7 of them have full-time and 4 part-time training:

By Decision #13/2 of the Presidium of ANAS of October 19, 2016 in the 2016/2017 academic year, it is planned to receive 4 persons to the Magistrate of the Institute on «Organic Chemistry».
PREPARATION OF HIGHLY SKILLED SCIENTIFIC PERSONNEL IN 2015
The work on the formation of a highly qualified scientific potential was carried out through education in the doctorate and dissertate, participation in schools and seminars held in well-known scientific centers around the world, international projects and grants, competitions, conferences and seminars organized for young people.
In 2015 two persons were admitted into the PhD Program.
At present in the doctorate of the Institute there are studied 9 persons (5 of them full-time and 4 – part-time training) to get PhD on the following specialties:
