The names of the scientists awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for 2023 have become known.
The Nobel Committee announced on October 4 that Mungi Bawendi of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Louis Bruce of Columbia University (USA) and Russian scientist Alexey Ekimov were awarded the 2023 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. They were awarded this prize for the “Discovery and Synthesis of Quantum Dots.”
