Executive Director of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Afsun Sujayev is a member of the world famous Wiley publication “ChemistrySelect” and “Chemistry and Biodiversity”. He was awarded regular international reviewer certificates.
The institute said that he was awarded these certificates for his contribution to strengthening the position, reputation and scientific indicators of the mentioned journals in the Web of Science and Scopus databases by providing prompt and objective feedback on articles presented in both journals. “Chemistry and Biodiversity” and “ChemistrySelect” prefer to publish articles that discuss important international research findings covering interdisciplinary areas of chemistry and medicine research. In other words, both journals publish materials both specifically related to a particular field of science and interdisciplinary in the form of research articles and reviews.
These are peer-reviewed scientific journals covering all areas of chemistry and related fields. These journals are indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded and Scopus. According to the Journal Citation Reports, the impact factor of “Chemistry and Biodiversity” and “ChemistrySelect” is 2.408 and 2.307, respectively.
