Important results of scientific research conducted by doctoral student Tahir Javadzadeh, under the joint leadership of the executive director of Academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Chemical Sciences Afsun Sujayev and the head of the Department of Analytical Chemistry of Baku State University, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Famil Chiragov, were published as an article in the Journal of Analytical Chemistry with an impact factor, owned by the Springer Nature Publishing House, archived in the Web of Science database(Dzhavadzade, T.A., Mardanova, V.I., Sudzhaev, A.R. et al. Determination of Trace Nickel(II) after the Preliminary Extraction of Complexes with 1-(2-Allylamino-1-Methylethyl)Thiocarbamide. J Anal Chem 78, 1487–1491 (2023) https://doi.org/10.1134/S1061934823070067)

As reported at the institute, the article is devoted to the preparation of a new complex of N-substituted thiourea with metallic nickel and the development of a method for the extraction-spectrophotometric determination of water from Agstafachay and Chogazchay, located on the border of our republic with Armenia.
