On March 29, 2019, Doctor of Sciences in Technics, Professor of academician A. Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of ANAS H. Javadova made a presentation titled “History of the production of lubricating oils from Azerbaijani oil” at a seminar with the participation of students and teachers of Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry.
The report provided information on the production of lubricants, factors affecting the aging of oils, as well as modern technology “Gas-to-liquid” (i.e. obtaining oil from gas) in the field of high-quality motor oils used by Shell.
