Japanese ophthalmologist Rui Hiramatsu named a way to improve eyesight. The portal abc.es informs about it.
According to him, the eyes should be trained regularly. The first method is the Gabor spot exercises, which are special patterns for finding differences. They should be done for only three minutes a day. The first improvements will be noticeable after two weeks.
The second method is thermotherapy. You need to take a towel, wet it and heat it up in a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds. A warm cloth should be placed on closed eyelids and wait until it cools down.
The third method is to consume spinach. It must be included in your diet as spinach helps prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.
