Today, the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of Academician A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held.
At the meeting, the awarding of the scientists of the Institute – Academician Vagif Majid oglu Farzaliyev, Professor Hagigat Aliashraf gizi Javadova and Afsun Razzaq oglu Sujayev with the State Prize of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the technical sphere for 2024 for the scientific and technical complex work “Creation and production of special-purpose lubricants” by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev was solemnly celebrated.
The Director General of the Institute, Academician Vagif Farzaliyev gave extensive information about the presented work and noted that the award for these achievements is an appreciation for the work of all scientists of the Institute. Emphasizing the enormous work of the Institute’s employees in achieving this success, V.Farzaliyev congratulated each employee.
Speaking about the work awarded the highest state prize, he emphasized that one of the main areas of scientific activity of the institute is scientific research aimed at increasing the country’s defense capability: “The results of scientific research conducted in the direction of creating special-purpose lubricants not only meet the needs of our country for strategic products and contribute not only to increasing defense power, but also to economic development and increasing the defense capability of friendly and fraternal countries with which we cooperate.”
According to the academician, this scientific and technical complex work, awarded the State Prize, will serve the economic development of the country, increasing its defense capability.
The laureates of the State Prize, Professors Hagigat Javadova and Afsun Sujayev, spoke about the work done and its importance.
