And this is just one of its properties. The Japanese edition of Yahoo News Japan told how much vinegar should be consumed daily to maintain health.

The author of the material Ketsuken shared his observations on the effects of vinegar on the body. It turns out that a small amount of this substance in the daily diet helps to normalize glucose levels and blood pressure. Ketsuken recalls that elevated blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) are associated with insufficient or malfunctioning insulin in diabetic patients. If you do not reduce it in time, it can lead to damage of blood vessels and then to other complications. If high blood pressure persists for a long time, then atherosclerosis occurs. As a result, blood vessels age, and the longer the pressure is above normal, the more the disease progresses. And in general, the expert adds, the vessel walls become weaker due to high pressure. To lower blood pressure and blood sugar, add just one tablespoon (about 15 milliliters) of vinegar a day to different meals. In addition, vinegar has many other beneficial properties:

  1. Weight loss. The composition of vinegar contains amino acids, citric acid, acetic acid, which contribute to weight loss.
  2. Removal of fatigue. Vinegar will speed up the recovery of the body after physical exertion and stress.
  3. Antibacterial effect. Thanks to vinegar, food will contain fewer harmful bacteria.
  4. Improving bowel function. This applies to both pure and diluted vinegar. The second option is used to prevent constipation.
