On June 15, an event dedicated to the National Liberation Day of Azerbaijan was held at Academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
First, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played, after a minute of silence, the memory of the Great Leader and our martyrs who died in the struggle for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was honored, then the participants of the event watched a video reflecting the life and work of the National Leader.
At the event, the Director General of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives, Academician Vagif Farzaliyev made an opening speech. He noted that June 15 – National Liberation Day had great social, political and historical significance for the people of Azerbaijan. On this day, with the return to power of our National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the deep socio-political crisis that existed in Azerbaijan at that time came to an end, the danger of losing Azerbaijan’s independence was eliminated, the foundations of state building and socio-economic development were created, the development of our republic was laid. In his speech, the academician presented the main points of success achieved on the path that began with National Liberation.
