At the Institute of Chemistry of Additives of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), young scientists who have distinguished themselves in outstanding achievements in science will be given salary supplement. This will be carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of ANAS of February 6, 2020 “On establishing a salary supplement for young scientists of ANAS, distinguished themselves in outstanding achievements in science.”
This decree is aimed at stimulating talented young scientists of ANAS to conduct research at a higher level and encouraging their scientific activities at an appropriate level. In addition, the salary supplement of young scientists and researchers under 35 years of age, distinguished themselves in outstanding achievements in science will be determined by extrabudgetary funds. At the same time, clause 4.7 of the employment contract concluded with young scientists and researchers will include the conditions for determining salary supplement from extrabudgetary funds.
