Important scientific results were obtained in the course of joint research conducted by scientists from academician Ali Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives (ICA) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan with their colleagues from the Irkutsk Chemical Institute. According to the executive director of the ICA, Afsun Sujayev, the properties of 13 new substances synthesized by a research group led by academician Boris Trofimov at the Irkutsk Institute of Chemistry were studied at the Institute of Chemistry of Additives and their high antioxidant properties in relation to fuels were confirmed.
A.Sujayev noted that the obtained scientific result was published in the form of a joint article in a prestigious foreign journal with an impact factor “Iranian Journal of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering” (Vagif Farzaliev, Irada Rzayeva, Afsun Sujayev, Lyubov N Sobenina, Elena Schmidt, Nina Gusarova, Svetlana Malysheva, Olga Petrova, Boris Trofimov. The joint research is currently ongoing.
It should be noted that the world famous journal “Iranian Journal of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering” is included in the international scientific databases “Web of Science” and “Scopus”. The impact factor is 1.987.
