The world-famous International Academic Publishing House “IKSAD” published the book “Recent Achievements of Scientific Research II”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic. In the fourth chapter of the book, consisting of five chapters on fine organic chemistry, biochemistry and physical chemistry, scientists from the Institute of Additive Chemistry named after Academician Ali Guliyev of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Academician Vagif Farzaliyev and Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Afsun Sujayev with their colleagues from the Turkish University Atatürk and Bartina talk about the results of research they conducted at the international level. In the review article “Bioactivity of N-substituted cyclic derivatives of thiourea and phenylthiourea: from simple to complex” (V. Farzaliev, P. Taslimi, A. Suchaev, N. Sadeghyan, Z. Karaoglan, I. Gulchin, Bioactivity of N-substituted cyclic derivatives thiourea and phenylthiourea: from simple to complex, Recent advances in scientific research II, book, Iksad Publications – 2024, Ankara/Turkey, pp.57-81; https://iksadyayinevi.com/home /recent -developments-in-scientific- research-ii/) presents the comparative results of research conducted by chemists over the past 10 years in the direction of creating fundamental scientific foundations for the mechanism of action of chemical reactions from simple to complex using the possibility of fine organic synthesis and theoretical computational chemistry.
