On June 4, 2019 the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of acad. A.Guliyev Institute of Chemistry of Additives presented awards to the winners of the science competitions “Academician Ali Guliyev Award” and “The Best scientific work “.
Opening the event, academician Vagif Farzaliev, director of the Institute, said that over the years the highest scientific and social activity of young specialists had been observed. To encourage young scientists and specialists to participate in depth-studies every year the Institute holds science competitions between young people.
Associate Professor Famin Salmanov, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS noted that competitions having an international experience created the base for healthy competitiveness among young researchers. He also said that support of ANAS policy in this issue by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ICA could be appreciated.
Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ICA of ANAS Afsun Sujayev noted that transparency was observed during the evaluation process.
At the end of the event, according to the Expert Council the winners awarded diplomas:
I place (134 points) –dissertator of laboratory № 3 Gunay Ismaylova , II place (112 points) – dissertator of laboratory № 8 Konul Kahramanova, III place (107 points) – dissertator of laboratory № 7 Ulduz Jafarzade, Signing Bonus -dissertator of laboratory № 6 Lamiya Kazimzade, Academician A.Kuliyev Prize for the Young Scientists – researcher of Laboratory № 9 Nazar Nazarov.
